Every 2 years, innovative findings, the latest research results and ground-breaking technologies are made accessible to a wide audience throughout Austria during one evening. The aim of the Lange Nacht der Forschung (LNF) is to present science and research in an innovative, understandable and entertaining way with free admission. Research institutions, universities, technical colleges, companies and others scientific institutions gave insights into their work at 280 exhibition sites in all nine federal states.
